9/8/2008 Corporate Announcement.

On August 1st, 2008 DCL, Inc. purchased BayShore Steel, Inc.  BayShore Steel, Inc. will now be known as BayShore Steel Works and will be a division of DCL, Inc.

The former Bayshore Steel, Inc. bulk material handling product line will be merged with the DCL, Inc. product line. The Bayshore Steel, Inc. military application product line will now be manufactured by Bayshore Steel Works. At this time service and spare part concerns for BayShore Steel, Inc. equipment will be handled by DCL, Inc.
